All right. Here is another possible broadcast deal the NFL should make in the future IMO:
CBS and Fox each carry six regional games on Sunday afternoon.
NBC keeps the Sunday package.
ABC reclaims Monday night.
If the NFL is serious about further expanding into cable, maybe they could offer two matchups on cable: one for ESPN, the other on the NFL network.
I do realize that this is spreading the franchise too thick, but at least with the league on all of the Big Four networks maybe it will sort of accelerate the competition.
