What station sounds kinda like this?
 
Break up Lifehouse and Green Day with a female pop song. Same with Gavin DeGraw and Foo Fighters. A couple rock-rock segs I would avoid, otherwise not bad at all. WNCI, WIXX, WSTR or some Cumulus owned stations sound similar to it.
 
Kardinal, Flobots, and Jonas... 3 songs that are all pretty new need to be broken up with a recurrent.

Rascal wasn't even a hit on CHR stations that play country.

Coldplay, Lifehouse, Usher, WTK... not a power song in there...
 
Actually the Rascal Flatts song was huge on Milwaukee's WXSS....although if I remember correctly at the time they were only one of 2 CHR stations playing it.
 
Life Is Highway is a song CHR missed out on, too bad....Behind the big movie Cars it could have been at least Top 20 on CHR
