Has anyone heard that WCOS re-hired their afternoon drive guy, Andy Woods? He left (I think to be a PD somewhere in noplaceville) and a couple months later, he's back. What the heck?What about Woody Windham? Is this radio hack still on the air? I heard him the other day and thought, well...he wasn't funny in the 80s and he's not funny now. His numbers certainly don't say "hire me." Once again, proof that some owners don't care about ratings, but will invest in anything that makes them money.Have you noticed some people on this board post things as if what they say makes a difference in the ratings or something? Like "Lhsh"..... this person (acts more like a weeny) defends, promotes and propogates things like he's running for office or something. Hey radio geeks on this page... take note.... no one other than people like us give a rats #@$. Nothing we say on here makes a difference.What about people who get upset at other people on this thing.... GET A LIFE. Post for fun. Any other reason is borderline sicko! Of course, we all qualify for that label...afterall, we WERE in radio, huh?Okay.... that's my ranting for this week. Oh. one more thing... I'll never read, therefore never respond to a reply to my posts, so don't waste your time unless you want everyone else on here to see how petty and lifeless you really are. Come up with your own lame posts through an original thought.My favorite stations in Columbia are, in order:STEVE-FM -- genius. Awesome move (just ask B106)WNOK -- what can I say, I love Jonathan Rush.WWDM -- Some habits are hard to break.560 WVOC -- hey, ya can't find a better talent than Glenn Beck.The stations I think are the worst:WOMG -- could it be any more poorly programmed? I know Beautiful Music stations with more life.WWNU -- all your eggs in jeff roper's basket isn't a smart way to invest millions of dollars.WCOS-AM -- Is Teddy Hefner still actually alive? And have those guys in the afternoon ever had another radio job?WTCB -- it took a steve-fm to highlight how lame this station really is.Goodnight losers.N2Radio2
 
I don't know if Andy left or came back, but has been on the radio and i guess some people on here have nothing to do but flame people and I thought that this site was for significat discussion not putting people down for their opinions especially when they live in the market being talked about and others do not.
