I did not believe the flip rumor because I sampled them all weekend, they are promoting many things in the summer, the jock on Saturday was a total waste of wattage, the Matt and Huggy extra who sounds like crapola. What puzzels me is; "WHY THE HELL ARE THEY PLAYING MUSIC ON THE WEEKENDS GIVE IT UP ALREADY". They still might be stopping some other station to flip to Active by playing just enough Rock at certain times. 1045 sounds a bit safer then usual especially on Saturday afternoon, did anyone else catch the weather alert around 5PM on 1045, severe thunderstorm warning for sckuykill county. I thought it was some joke but there was a warning there, why the emergency alert warning and following bulletin was strange. On another note, YSP should DROP THE MUSIC AND TALK THEIR BRAINS OUT FULL TIME....why do they still want to Rock, they hate to give it up.....like they own it... very confusing to the average listener.
 
Thank you, Runwithscissors -- as soon as I saw the five other WYSP threads I was hoping you would post a sixth so you could grace us with your thoughts on the subject. It certainly merits a new thread all on it's own.
