It was a very good show.imhomerjay said:Everybody Hates Chris is speculated by industry news outlets to be dead--no syndicated future to be had. CW has signaled it plans to exit comedy entirely, spelling the end of Chris (I'll miss it, even if many others won't),
You ought to see what the protesters are doing on the official CW message boards. Tragic, as Mr. Omar would say. Tragic!imhomerjay said:and the likely end of The Game, though there's been talk the producers have an idea to pitch it as an hour-long dramedy. A long shot, but they're taking the shot.

Time Warner could have CNN produce a nightly half-hour newscast to be aired on CW affiliates. I can see Rick Sanchez in this role.Nate Wesley said:I see Time Warner/Warner Bros. sticking with its efforts as its still a relatively new player in the network TV game. The CW itself might be reduced to a programming service someday, but I think they'd still want to debut first-run material and do something to promote other ventures through a terrestrial TV platform.
One of those 'ventures' is CNN: They've played footsie with CBS and ABC too many times with no deal for resource and content sharing. I wouldn't be totally surprised if they threw up their hands and said, 'Dammit, we'll do it ourselves' and try incorporating The CW somehow. Crazier things have happened.
Yeah - ASSUMING that this new series does one of two things...willcail said:If there might be an New Star Trek (Reboot Series) It might work well in First Run Syndication as well.
