MY TV WWOR 9 NEW YORK

I have dish Network , they offers a super stations pkg. the stations they offer areKTLA ch. 2 out of L.A the WBKWGN ch. 2 out of Denver the WBWPIX ch. 11 out of NY the WBWSBK ch. 38 out of Boston UPNWWOR ch. 9 out of NY was UPN now is MY TVLast year I noticed WWOR ch. 9 was missing, I called Dish, they told me that my local UPN station WSBK would not let Dish give me WWOR, well WWOR are now MY TV, I should be able to get WWOR back, I called and Dish still say They can’t cuz of WSBK. I don’t get it, WSBK 38 are still UPN, WWOR are MY TV, and from what I under stand MY TV still do not have a home in Boston, I heard FOX 25 may add some programming from MY TV, so if Boston may not even offer MY TV , Why shouldn’t people in the area get it from else where .

Because while they're using the MY branding, they're still carrying UPN programming.

And since CBS owns UPN, they also own WSBK. They DO NOT own WOR. WOR is owned by FOX, hence the impending MY Network affiliation and branding.

CBS is insisting on must-carry of WSBK on DISH in areas where UPN isn't carried on DISH by the local affiliate. An example of this is KTVD 20 here in Denver. If CBS wanted to (And assuming they don't already do this), they can trump Gannett and KTVD everywhere except the Denver Metro area on DISH with any of their O&Os. They'll be able to do the same thing with Tribune and KWGN 2 when The CW goes on the air this fall.
