Myrtle Beach Radio Stations

Is it me or does Myrtle Beach radio just suck? Sure not all the stations in Myrtle Beach suck. Their are a couple good sounding stations with good signal such as; Star 92.1, Gator 107.9, Wave 104.1, 99.5, 101.7 KZQ. Now I did leave one out that has a good signal but the station doesn't sound that great and thats Mix 97.7. The last radio stations I will say are the Cumulus stations, Sunny 106.5, K Country 103.1, 98.5 KissFM, Hot 100, and ESPN Radio. Lets start with Hot 100 their signal sucks and I just noticed they fixed their audio problem. Had on Sunny 106.5 this morning they have a good single but something was trying to come in while driving on 501. As for K Country 103.1 they sometimes have static and 98.5 KissFM which seems to be the strongest single for Cumulus sounds good but the station on the other hand sounds like crap. And ESPN Radio those signals 93.9, 93.7, 1050am aren't great at all. A company like Cumulus can't they keep up their radio stations and do something with the signals? Its great to pull in Charleston radio stations as they sound great. B 92, 95 sx, Sunny 96.9, Z93 Jamz. Oh and when Im in Charleston Mix 97.7 is about the only Myrtle Beach station I can get and maybe Star 92.1 sometimes.

Ken,
Flip over to the AM Band and try us at AM Stereo 900 WNMB. Oldies. The station is on the air 24 hours a day, and it is played by the TW Cable system on the audio of channel 15, which covers all North Grand Strand cable homes. There's also a website with 24 streaming audio at www.wnmb.net
In the interest of disclosure, it's my station so I think it sounds pretty good, but I could be wrong!

Let me tell you- WNMB is a top notch radio station. AM STEREO! Yes, Virginia, there are AM operators who not only know what they're doing... but, in this case, are passionate about doing it.

WNMB sounds 20 times better than the local FM oldies station.

Surf to www.wnmb.net to listen online. Great signal in the Grand Strand- beautiful signal online.

Kudos to Bill and staff!!
