Mystery station heard in Tennessee

So I live 40 minutes away from Nashville, and I have a Radio Shack TV Antenna hooked up to my Grundig G6's external jack, and it easily pulls in FM stations from Louisville, Knoxville, Chattanooga, Bowling Green (KY), and every now and then pulls in a couple stations from Huntsville, and Atlanta. For the past two years, a station has been running Christmas music without an TOH ID on 91.9 FM, and it's not WUOT from Knoxville, nor is it WFPK from Louisville or WCLK from Atlanta. Any suggestions?

Christmas music only during the Christmas season, or year-round?
