Mystery Y-102 song

Forgive me if I'm asking for info. on a very common-knowledge song. But I heard a very cool song yesterday on Y-102 that I had never heard before. It played around 6:30 p.m. and the only lyrics I could make out sounded like "Windmill Windmill."

It consisted of half acappella type vocals, and then a very funky, bassy refrain with that "windmill windmill."

Anyone know the name of the song/artist?
