Mystic, Iowa Construction Permit

Does anyone know the status of a noncommercial FM CP licensed to Mystic in the Rathbun Lake area? It's owned by some church in Honolulu, and is to be on 88.5 FM: 25,000 watts at 42 meters. I've heard nothing on that channel yet, and the CP expires May 19. It's obviously too late at this point for any group to purchase it and gain FCC approval for the sale and an 18 month extension by the deadline. I hate to see nonprofits get these and then let them go by the wayside - not good use of their funding.
 
This has been with a station broker for some time. Seems likely that it will expire unsold. Vineland of Honolulu may have lost on this one, but I think they had many other CPs that did fine for them.

Meantime, this could provide a good opportunity for adjacent channel stations to boost power
