The "Debate" was more of a Q and A with the Chamber of Commerce and not really open to the public from what I understand. The next one at Woodrow Wilson on the 4th is open to the public and would be a good one to carry.
However,
1. you need people to set it up
2. you need people to host it bc you shouldn't just throw it on raw.
3. you need equipment, marti, comrex internet feed, ISDN, mics etc.
They have none of the needed items listed above.
Of course you would think that the "Paris" station might actually cover the local elections, when they happen instead of Terre Haute but they seem not to know anything about where they are geographically located.
As an aside…. Where do they get some of these news people ? This girl that is on now is a rather loud breather and seems a little week but she at least can pronounce most of the local names unlike some others they have had. I won’t start on the weekend news reader, or the multitude of problems with the content.
It also seems like they aren’t doing news on a regular basis. It seems like they are stopping around 1 or 2 now.
Finally, if you can’t say W “double-U” you should have your tongue ripped out.
