Name-dropping WITHIN a show!

I suppose that it is relatively rare for the name of a show to be dropped in conversation within that show (particularly sitcoms and dramas), but here are a few examples of what I am referring to:

The Brady Bunch: Toward the end of the pilot episode, Mike refers to them as "the whole big blooming Brady bunch" or something like that (paraphrasing).

St. Elsewhere: In the St. Elsewhere/Cheers "cross-pollination" episode, the doctors drop by Cheers after work. They mention that they are doctors at St. Eligius, to which Carla sneers, "St. Elsewhere!?" (I suppose "Cheers" got mentioned quite a bit during Cheers, but since "St. Elsewhere" was the derogatory name for the hospital, it was usually only called that by outsiders, as in this example.)

One Tree Hill: The name of the town was Tree Hill, but the only time that I can recall when it was ever referred to as "ONE Tree Hill" was the episode in which Lucas was considering moving away, to which his mother told him, "there is only one Tree Hill."

How about the episode of Emergency! where the guys are at the station watching Adam-12 on TV when they get dispatched on a run and Johnny worries all night about what happened on the show, not only mentioning the name of the show several times but refering to Reed and Malloy several times as well. There's also an episode of CHIPS where during a traffic accident the paramedics arrive at the scene, and lo and behold it's Squad 51, however, it wasn't Johnny and Roy. At that time, I think Emergency! had either been cancelled or was just about done, but the vehicle must have still been owned by NBC so they decided to use it.

I forgot to mention earlier that there is also some "name-dropping" within movies. But it usually works just the opposite in movies, in which some catch-phrase uttered by someone in the movie becomes the title of the movie. (This is also not counting songs from movies that become the title song of the movie.)
