Name search

I have a good question

What if an individual would like to work in radio, but does not wish to use their real name?

If they have a "fake" name picked out, is there a link to a website that verifies wether or not a radio name is already in use?

For example, let's say someone would like to be known as "Joe radio".

How can that person be well informed that that name is not in use?

Or, if it is in use, wether or not that name may be in use in a market far enough away to justify that it won't be a problem to be known as "Joe Radio" in their market of choice?

This has been moved from Ask Radio-Info as it is not related to site administration.

Try this;
http://440.com/440sat.html

Not all of the names of everyone, but a start. I've worked in stations where ALL the airstaff used aliases.

Thanks.
I did start out thinking that I should ask if a link to that site be added to RI, but I ended up leaving that detail out, as I figured a link in this thread is good enough.
