Naples Radio: WVOI, WBGY, etc.

Can anyone in the Naples/Marco Island area tell me what is currently airing on WVOI AM 1480? Is W251BL FM 98.1 serving as its translator?

The second question is in regards to what is posted on the Facebook site of WBGY FM 88.1 on October 1, 2014:

Due to a legal dispute over the ownership of the translator W251BL on the 98.1 frequency, WBGY "The Island FM" suspended programming this morning following the 9 AM live and local news and will no longer be heard on 98.1.

WBGY "The Island FM" has applied to the FCC to increase it's power on the 88.1 frequency to deliver a stronger signal to Marco Island and Naples.

Upon FCC approval, WBGY "The Island FM" will return to the air waves on 88.1 FM to resume live and local programming.

Listeners can follow our progress here on Facebook and also on our new website that is under construction at www.theislandfm.net.

"The Island FM" is currently streaming on their new website. They even launched a new Facebook page.
