NASCAR Talent Show Coming To Speed Network

"Fast Track To Fame," according to the press release, "features real people from across NASCAR Nation including, singers, dancers, musicians, comedians and variety acts of all types!" It will be hosted by Michael Waltrip.

"Acts are being solicited from NASCAR’s legion of fans through local media in most of the locales where the show is taped and beyond, then auditioned by producers. Once acts are selected, eight to 10 per show, they’ll square-off against each other on the SPEED Stage..."

Speed has a lot of dumb shows like that now. That show NASCAR Smarts has no point, and this show might not, either. However, you never know, it might be a hit.
 
Waltrip needed something to do while his car(s) were being repaired......constantly.
 
As a fan of all forms of auto racing, I will be changing the channel when this piece of garbage program airs. Hello FOX/Speed executives!!!!! People tune into Speed to get away from idiotic shows like these!

Sounds like a ratings killer and a waste of videotape. This show won't make it to the checkered flag. :p
