Once they get metrics, it'll get filled with ads. Once they have staff, it'll get filled with content.

Yes, as a radio station owner. I understand this. I was speaking on the design, graphics, etc.

The revenue and clutter will come later ;D

Someone here posted that the design was done by an outside firm. I imagine it will be duplicated soon by all the company country sites. Townsquare has designed all their country sites around Taste Of Country, which is their online news site.

"Dead dogs and lonesome trains"
Someone has to post this, so it might as well be moi:
"I was drunk the day my mom got out of prison and I went to pick her up in the rain, but before I could get to the station in my pickup truck, she got run over by a danged old train"

That website is so excellant, it makes me want to listen, and I am not Country. Seriously, it looks simple, but it was not simple to create. Whomever came up with it, you are a true digital artist.

Attached is a link to Wier / Stewart, the graphic design studio in Augusta GA that created the site. The linked page offers a succinct definition of the unusual branding on the website, "Country For Life."
Clearly, Cumulus wants to promote not just a radio station, but a lifestyle.

I was very impressed with their work after visiting the Wier/Stewart site -- clean and compelling. I also viewed the HTML source and it's well done, formatted for readability and portable for a variety of browsers. Nash FM made a good choice.

Soundcheck, a program discussing music heard each weeknight on WNYC FM, recently devoted some time to discussing some of the songs they heard on Nash FM during one hour of listening. The discussion went off on some interesting tangents, including the vibrant traditional country scene in NYC, with local bands such as the Punch Brothers. As Jessi Scott, formerly of WHN was one of the participants in the discussion, there was also some comparisons with that legendary NYC country station, and what it means to her to live the country lifestyle in the big city.

"Booze, breakups and banjos" - I could tell just by the title that this program will be very objective. :D
