NASH Nights... Could be on 2 stations in DFW???

Besides, KPLX 99.5 The Wolf already has "CMT Radio Live" as their primetime programming. So 96.3 KSCS is definitely picking up "Nash Nights Live".

I'd still like to know who came up with NASH. "Nash Nights Live," "XXXX, a NASH Station," or the dumbest of all, "Powered by Nash." Does it actually mean anything, and does it make any difference whatsoever to a country radio listener? Nashville we all know. "Nash" alone makes no sense at all.

"Nash potato will make a lot of gravy for Cumulus". In the Mobile Alabama market we have two stations airing Huckabee, Savage, Delillah. So don't be surprised if it happens.

Yes and no. In Mobile, you can get two stations airing those programs. One of each is a Mobile market station; the other is a Pensacola market station. So, it's not really the same situation. I don't expect you'll see "Nash Nights Live" on two stations in Dallas/Ft. Worth, Nashville or any other market with two country stations. You don't have two stations airing "Kickin It With Kix", do you?

The theory is that Nash will be more than a country music branding. It will include a magazine among other things. What Cumulus is trying to do is get the Nash brand in everyone's head so country listeners will be more likely to go out and buy the magazine and everything else it's involved in. Whether or not that's a good strategy remains to be seen.
