Nassau acquires WPXC, WTWV and WDVT

According to a press release on Nassau Broadcasting's website, they are acquiring WPXC, WTWV, and WDVT, which are being spun off in Qantum's acquisition of Boch Broadcasting.

They will probably leave Pixy alone, but what about the other two? Considering the continual success of Cat Country 98.1, could "93.5/101.1 The Wolf" be in the cards? Or will it be "93.5/101.1 Frank FM"?

Nassau Grabs Cape Cod Trio From Qantum

The Lou Mercatanti-led company is paying $10 million to Frank Osborn's Qantum Communications for Rock WPXC and Oldies simulcast WDVT & WTWV in Cape Cod, MA. The deal comes as a result of Qantum's $21.3 million acquisition of WCOD, WDVT, WTWV & WXTK/Cape Cod, MA from Boch Broadcasting, which closed today. The Nassau deal was brokered by Doug Ferber at Star Media Group. Broker Glenn Serafin advised Nassau in the transaction. Meanwhile, Qantum is now operating within FCC market-ownership limits, as it already owned WCIB, WPXC & WRZE/Cape Cod.

Was there a good chunk of real estate involved with the sale.Seems like the price is a little high compared to the WCOD?WXTK price 11.3 compared to 10 million for the three weaker stations.
Does anyone think Nassau will try to grab WKPE 104.7?Would 'CRB want to get rid of it where it doesn't fit their classical portfolio?

CRB owns two stations, non-classical. KPE on the Cape & CNX in RI. 3 parts Classical, 2 parts Other.
