Nassau in Market #90 vs. Market 167

Now that Portland is Market # 90 does Nassau now have 5 stations.In #167 they owned 99.9,104.7,106.3 & 107.5.Is 99.3 included in the new market # 90?
 
That would be correct and they would be grandfathered as a result of the redefinition. If they were to sell the entire group to one buyer, then the new buyer would need to sell one station.
