Nassau must be regretting their decision

Doubt it, Nick. That money's already been counted, deposited and spent on acquiring other properties. They're probably taking the Jerry Lee approach: laughing hysterically, then quoting the Russian from Rocky IV "I must break you".

i still say they should put PST back on 97 in trenton. it covers more area that way.

and n ow will never beat or compete with PST, PST is actually a good station, its ashame WDAC has to ruin what would be an amazing signal.

agreed. No 'PST in Chester County.

if you go to the top of the mountain that i live on in schuylkill county, you can get pst and dac, just depends on how o aim my grundig mini300 radio. if wdac were off the air, pst would come in fine on the road ground level just like the philly stations do. no doubt about it. look at how good they cover new jersey. theres not many places in jersey that dont get pst, but yet, going west, they mix with dac before norristown. and dac mixes with it as far north as the the lehigh valley north of allentown on 22. it isnt until north and east of bethlehem its all pst. again, easton/phillipsburg, pst is back loud and clear. in other words, pst's signal could be very strong in all directions, but with the monster in lancaster, no pst west of philly. infact, pst might even reach lancaster if dac wasnt on 94.5

anyway time to re-rail the thread

Once I grew old enough to want real music variety (after I typed that, I realized that it was their positioner for years), WPST quickly became my favorite station and, in my opinion, was the best CHR I'd ever heard. I was really pissed when Nassau screwed with it for the sake of making a buck because even in Philly and South Jersey, WPST's signal is weak enough to make it fairly annoying to listen to for any stretch of time.

I've a had a few glasses of wine so I'm saying more than I need to. The point I'm trying to make is that I too miss WPST being on 97.5! They're perfect for someone who wants a middle ground between Q102 and B101.

Oh, come on, eyg... Tell us what station you really want back on 97.5?

definitly the hawk, but thats gone for good, and i have 105.7 now. but since the hawk is gone, i think its only right to give pst their original frequency back. and as i said, 97.5 had a bigger range when it was in trenton. in philadelphia, it only makes it open for more interference
