Probably a smart move to let it expire. What would it gain them....a rimshotter to Burlington, a market they have no other properties in (and far enough away from any of their other properties so they'd gain little by simulcasting).

Don't they have a couple other unbuilt CPs as well?

But what's that leave them with, since the Hartford, Vt allocation is deleted, and a new unassigned class A allocation to Enfield, NH inserted?
