Nasty cable ads?

It seems like on certain cable stations, the advertisements for programming is especially nasty. For example, on King of the Hill recently, I saw a particularly explicit commercial about Bojack Horseman with an intimacy scene. I remember Girls Gone Wild ads years ago, too. Your thoughts?

cable is not broadcast TV, broadcast TV has to listen to the FCC and therefore, if a explicit ad plays, that's a indecency fine for language, but on cable, the FCC can't fine them for that as people are paying for the channels, only the FCC can enforce the rules on free broadcast TV.

plus, it's always messed up seeing a ad for show that is TV-14 or TV-MA with explicit language be played during a TV-PG program like seeing a ad for a new episode of Suits on USA during WWE Raw.

Late evenings I've seen Adam & Eve commercials (and other adult shop websites) on channels like Comedy Central. IMO, so what? It's 11:30pm, midnight, kids are all in bed. Girls Gone Wild used to be in infomercial form back in the '00s and those were on late at night during the paid program blocks.

I'm fine with ad's have no problem with them from Adam & Eve, condom ad's which should be aired on broadcast TV basic info show racy ad's 10PM or later let groups like The PTC be up in arms with there phony outrage. It's time for broadcast TV to poke the bear and end censorship from The FCC which supreme court threw out the TV rules in 2012 meaning they can't be fine anymore no matter what The PTC says they lost big time.
