Nate Berkus Show to Noon on NBC 30

NBC 30 is moving The Nate Berkus Show from 3PM to Noon starting September 12th.

My question is will his show do any better in the ratings against The News on Channels 3 and 8? His show was getting its clock cleaned in the ratings at 3PM against Better CT on Channel 3 and General Hospital on Channel 8. Better CT and General Hospital go back and forth for 1st place at 3PM.
