National Back Up Day

Tuesday, March 31st has been chosen by a select group as a day to double-check your computer files....and make SURE they're UP TO DATE AND BACKED UP!
Why March 31st? It's one day before April Fools Day --- a spokesperson for the group coined the phrase: "Don't be a Fool!! Back up NOW!"
It's a good idea to have ONE copy of your files stored OFF-PREMISES!
Broadcasters are urged to take things a step further --- and make certain ALL your backup/aux equipment (transmitters, EAS receivers, audio processors, consoles, UPS supplies, AC generators, etc.) is in good order and ready to operate at a moment's notice....
Emergencies don't wait!! Be SURE your backup "has your back"!
An ounce of prevention.......

Backup and double backup and keep backuping! I backup my computer stuff often and every so often I update my off-site drive.
