National Emergency-Broadcast Network Coverage

As I recall, all network programming and even "Jeopardy!" were pre-empted for weeks.

Which reminds me. Can a person watch those episodes now?

There's no place to put this, but for several days NBC dramas were showing the regular credits like TV series used to, with the regular theme music, rather than standardized credits with a preview of the next episode.

Hulu has a lot of shows the next day after they were supposed to be on, and there's a possible chance from On Demand on cable. A lot would probably depend on whether the pre-emption was local (possibly available) or national (not as likely to be available). The only episodes of Jeopardy that are available on Hulu are usually past tournaments, and Wheel isn't available at all.

The 9/11 episodes of Wheel are buried on archive.org after a fan discovered that WJLA in Washington, DC aired the 9/11-13 episodes consecutively the night of Saturday 9/15/01 at 11:30 PM, 12:00 AM, and 12:30 AM, but they were listed as other programs. Not sure about Jeopardy!

I was referring to 2001. I heard somewhere it was possible to see really old episodes. I also haven't seen the episode (I don't think) from when President Reagan's funeral pre-empted the show.

Any stations still airing extra local or national news as of this week?

WNBC and WVIT are ending the NBC Nightly News encores and going back to airing All Access at 7:30, WFSB is going back to Inside Edition at 7:00, and Wheel of Fortune has reruns this week but all the ABC O&O's are airing it as normal.
