I noticed on Time Warner you can get YES and NESN for a extra fee from the sports tier. What other cable companies ofter both these RSN from the northeast?
 
South Carolina and North Carolina

No SNY isn't oftered. The sports tier package is only 4.95 which includes FOX College Sports Channels, CBS College Sports, along with the two RSNs NESN and YES.
