National talk host calls it quits...

In January of 2005 his show was distributed by Radio America and included 66 affiliates. Currently, his show has been distributed by Golden Broadcasting (owner of KDOC, Channel 56 in Los Angeles.) I have not been able to find a website for Golden Broadcasting, but I suspect that Farah signs off with far fewer affiliates.

I'm sure I speak for all Americans, left and right, when I say...

WHO??!! Joseph Farrah? Who the hell's he?

I was about to say...what's a Golden Broadcasting, anyway? :D

Quick, name an affiliate of Joseph Farah's show. OK, I'll wait...

Farah is, by the way, the creator of the popular conservative website WorldNetDaily.com. What he is not, apparently, is a good radio talk show host.

Right; to agencies, a station that runs an hour of the show Saturday 3-4am because the PD is too lazy to program weekends is an "affiliate"... to the average listener, it's as good as not being on. The only station I could name was eclectic (Jim Sumpter is a good guy but that basically reads: no listeners and no billing) KTKK/Salt Lake City for a short while last year.

I know the former WSMQ 1450 Bessemer, AL (now Spanish language formatted WZGX) carried this show, as it did several other less-than-big-time talk shows like G. Gordon Liddy and Rusty Humphries. <P ID="signature">______________
