Natural Music

Others may be able to speak to its pros. I found very few during the week or so that we struggled through Natural Music. I stayed on the phone with their one tech support person for hours, in a hopeless effort to try to get some semblance of Selector out of the logs that Natural Music creates. Not so much. My biggest gripe: Clock rules are not totally enforceable, and are in fact regularly broken (even the so-called "no-violate" rules). When I asked about why this is, the response I got was an analogy: If you're in front of a red light, you're probably going to stop...but if it's 2 in the morning, nobody else is around, you'll just go ahead and run it. Sorry Natural...in my music scheduler we obey all laws.

Again, others can hopefully discuss the benefits of the program, and if you're working for a station who doesn't have a lot of clock rules in place, then it may be good for your needs. A recommended step-up from Natural Music is the Music 1 scheduler.
