NBA Final Problems

Easy to translate, slick: The other leagues have their finals on over the air networks. The NHL has games on a third tier cable net.

Thats ok...

The NHL has half (Games 2 & 3) of the guaranteed four on the third-tier cable network. The rest are on broadcast TV.

TNT and TBS gets to show show Playoff Games.

So? The finals are a separate contract, and Disney owns the rights.

To be so very logic, The difference of scheduling between The NBA and The NHL playoffs' final rounds is The NBA goes on a 2-3-2 schedule; Which means the first and last 2 games to be played in Miami, while Games 3 through 5 are in San Antonio. which is pretty much saves the wear and tear of traveling between both cities, While The NHL goes out on a harder schedule, which means The First two games of the Stanley Cup will be in Chicago, and The Next two will be in Boston, While Both Cities alternate sites for games 5 through 7, if needed. Also they don't go in a shootout after the 1st overtime; They play on until somebody wins.

Also, they playoffs won't be complete with two legendary performers belting out the national anthem, and it will be great to see Jim Cornelison performing at The Madhouse right before The Hawks take the ice; While Rene Betancourt does the same thing for The Bruins over at TD Garden. Besides The United Center, Cornelison also performed at Wrigley, Soldier Field, and US Cellular Park; and whenever he sings, Don't expect to hear silence. The crowd is right behind him.

As it should be. "Now please join ______in the singing of our National Anthem.

Not "please listen to the latest run of the mill diva/snowflake/warbling/it's all about her and her helicopter parents who either smothered her with too much love or forced her to be a singer as well as Gods gift to The World as she stretches out a 60 second tune to two minutes"

Yes but the people own TBS/TNT also own CBS.

No they don't. Time-Warner owns TNT & TBS. CBS Corporation owns CBS.

Please troll elsewhere.

All Games should be on NBC because all World Series Games are on Fox and NBA on NBC but CBS just has March Madness and Super Bowl.

Please contribute something coherent, in both thought and grammar, or don't contribute anything.
I see nothing wrong with that comment Rollo. He was just expressing an opinion about the SC

However, CBS only has the Super Bowl once every 3 years or so (After NBC & Fox get theirs) & have to keep re-upping their rights to that each time they wanna broadcast it whereas CBS (And the Turner networks) have EXCLUSIVE rights to March Madness. No need to renew anything there

Cheers & 73 ;D

You should check this kid out; 11-year-old Sebastian De La Cruz has really wowed out with his performance of The National Anthem wearing a Mariachi suit.

De La Cruz also performed on "America's Got Talent".

And he's had lots of negative, rude comments as well, because he's wearing a "Mexican suit." Who the heck cares?!? He did great!
