NBC 10 Studio Question

With all the Philadelphia TV stations going 100% High Definition for local origination programming, does anyone have the detail plans for when NBC10 will be upgrading their studios and sets for High Definition? I understand that NBC4 Studio 6B in New York is the model for all NBC O&O stations. Is there a timetable for this effort? Also, does the new NBC10 studio have a studio number designation? I believe their news studio is Studio 3. Is the 10! studio Studio 1?
