NBC 1260 - Programming Change?

I was just looking at their website and noticed they are going in a more news/talk and sports direction or maybe it is just me.
Pretty interesting lineup in having sports between 10-3 with news/talk the rest of the hours. Plus Gun Talk is a pretty interesting show as well. Not sure of their audience but interesting to say the least.

It looks like the same brokered-sports and KFNX reject shows that they've been airing since 2010. They still can't be heard outside of Apache Junction after sunset.

I wonder if the paid sports (along with Yahoo Sports Radio, if KDUS dumps them for one of the new higher-profile sports nets) will eventually move to co-owned 1340 once they get that signal moved to A.J.?
 
Tom Gresham's Gun Talk is indeed an interesting program. Haven't heard anything else on the station though. I use to like Phil Hendrie but I've heard his format has completely changed.
 
Yes. It's simple... Gun Talk and whatever sponsors some local donor had dried up so that show went away. Same for any other local shows... once the ego effect wears off these yokels tend to run off. Good for KBSZ for trying their best with what they've got.
