I don't know whether I'm alone on this or not, but I think the NBC Connecticut (and other O&O affiliates) must have the stupidest websites I've ever seen. While I think they've always been inferior to out other local station's sites, this latest upgrade is just awful.

I want to go there to get local news and weather. I I'd wanted Facebook, I'll go to Facebook, thank you very much.

Also, why do we need that Andrew Pergam guy promoting this trash on the TV?

Any other opinions?
 
I don't like them either. I don't like the "feeling" thing, when you read a news story, it's pretty much guaranteed that the audience is going to feel a certain way...

ex. Sad when a child dies
Angry when politicians are corrupt
etc.

And the pacman font...
