NBC comedy

Superstore was such a great show. Amazing cast! Sad it ended recently after 6 seasons. While they have Mr. Mayor, Young Rock, and Kenan and one more season of Brooklyn 99, NBC needs to bring comedies back like Friends Seinfeld and The Office. They haven't had much luck with comedy in a while. I think they should continue to have 2 hour comedy blocks on Thursdays. Maybe next year they can do:
8pm-Mr. Mayor
8:30-New Comedy/Brooklyn 99
9-Young Rock
9:30-Kenan Show

There hasn't been much of a breakout on any of the networks in recent years. Some steady performers, but not the biggies like the early days of, say, Big Bang Theory. NBC has been a little more narrow in its appeal than the shows on CBS and ABC. Superstore is a blow, but perhaps they have a gem or two in the development pipeline.

Sitcoms are not as good as they used to be. Nothing compares to the 80's sitcoms.

Then we have the over used laugh track that ruins shows for me.

The voice is getting played out. NBC will run it to the ground the way Fox did Idol.

NBC has already gotten years of value out of it. Everything comes to an end eventually.

Is it just me or is The Big Bang laugh track annoying? It seems exaggerated, not natural. I like the show, but it is hard to listen to.

I like Young Rock pretty show I think it will get a season 2.

But it is a real audience. I think the idea is we're sharing our enjoyment of the show with them.

It could be annoying because the real audience didn't laugh enough so they added more.
