NBC is aggressive on radio again.

Correct. This channel is coming from NBC Sports. TuneIn is internet radio, not broadcast radio. I suspect they looked into reviving the broadcast idea, and didn't find a partner. The old NBC Sports Radio Network existed from 2012 to 2020. It shut down due to the competition from ESPN, Fox Sports, and CBS Sports.

So this is a repackaging of talk content under the NBC Sports brand. There is also an NBC News Radio brand, but that's coming from iHeart.
