NBC Nightly News is getting a new set

Friday (5/4) was the last night that the NBC Nightly News was done on their current set, constructed in 1999. A new set should be ready by Winter according to Brian Williams.

One thing they admitted...the background behind the anchor desk is just a video of the newsroom at MSNBC made in 1999 that is on a 60 second loop.

So let get this straight. They won't have the new set on t.v. until WINTER??????
