NBC Nonstop Replacement

Oh goody, I can't wait, another lifestyle channel. It's interesting that Me-TV is quite proud of it's ratings, but Live Well Network only announces new carriage and not how their double duo of Steven & Chris and the 10pm infomercial block is doing in the Nielsens ::).

Also, doesn't Comcast have this 'localization initiative' they have to work in which includes their .2's? I don't see how Knight Rider reruns, a news whip-around California copied from the terrible Nexstar Arkansas format, and a talk show clone on a front porch really scream 'local'.

As one living in one of the NonStop markets---aside from classic-TV-reruns and no-more-local-stuff, really, what'll be the big difference?

Frankly, I'd like the WeatherPlus (or whatever it was called) back!

The lady responsible with creating LWN for ABC is heading up this new NBC initiative. Watch it spread to non-O&O stations, like LWN.

The groups which own the stations in the market I'm in think Mobile DTV is the future. This is why it's been so hard for Antenna TV to get an affiliate here, when there's more demand for it than there was/is for LWN!
