NBC owns Monday once again

It was another wire-to-wire Monday victory for NBC, kicked off by The Voice and finished by The Blacklist. CBS and ABC tied for 2nd with Fox just a whisker behind, and Univision came in 5th. Almost every week this Fall, the most-watched Monday-night TV program (in overall viewership and key demographics) has been ESPN's "NFL Monday Night Football".

And this week (December 2nd) may be the most attractive Monday-night matchup of the year: New Orleans at Seattle, which could be a preview of the January 19 NFC Championship Game. It will likely be the most-watched "MNF" game this season, and could well end up being the most-watched cable TV program ever. The broadcast networks are going to be "killed" as regards the ratings.
