Don't think Jonathan Silverman is any relation to Fred. I know he played in the movie version of Neil Simon's autobiographical "Brighton Beach Memoirs," taking the role Matthew Broderick played on Broadway. Broderick, however, played in the movie version of the second play in Simon's trilogy, "Biloxi Blues." (I've forgotten who played in "Broadway Bound.")
