NBC Show Debuts With 0.0 Rating!

Gosh, I feel like I'm reading the Drudge Report here. Sensationalist headline with some insignifcant little story behind it. I actually like 30 Rock, there's some subtle but clever humor in there. Yes, and there's potty humor too.

Though, I think it's a bit of a leap to assume that a US show debuting 3-4 years later in Germany with low numbers means the same will happen here. What time was it showing? BTW, not a defense of NBC here, their programming has not been great.
 
This is pretty much the equivalent of tracking the nightly ratings of RTV or the AccuWeather Channel nationally. They're going to be low because they're on a little promoted digital subchannel which before this German subchannel relaunched, was the home of boring documentaries only the diehards watched.

This story is basically there so someone can get a silly 'horrible statistics' story out of it. You launch a new network on a digital subchannel that already failed once, the ratings are still going to be low even if you're promoting it with unlimited funds and advertising.
