NBC'S REBRANDED CLOO TV CHANNEL DEBUTS AUG. 15

I'm seeing this channel on DirecTV (308). It was once NBC's Sleuth channel. Was that
already on DirecTV? Anyway, they are having a Psych marathon right now.

Now this would surely make a better sub-channel than the NBC Non Stop!!!!!

Same thing on Verizon FiOS. It's the Sleuth logo with the "Cloo" name. ::) :-\

So I guess it's pronounced Clue as in to get a clue but spelled cloo because no one at crapcast has one in regards to good names for cable networks. :p ;)

No, it's named "Cloo" because they couldn't use Clue because of a trademark from Milton Bradley I believe.

Actually, it's named Cloo because they couldn't trademark "clue" because it is a common name. Just like they couldn't trademark Sci Fi or Sleuth.

And then Thursday at 1AM Eastern Cloo is airing that great mystery/crime-themed movie Juno. ::)

The mind boggles at the inanity of the executives in charge...

You mean Ellen Page's 2007 film about a pregnant teen?

What geniuses at NBCU.

"SyFy."

"Cloo."

What's in store for Bravo, "Brahvoh"?
