ncaa hockey semi finals on WPOP

I never realized that Connecticut was a hotbed of college hockey. Tonight's NCAA Semi Finals (Frozen Four) are on WPOP 1410 and I assume WAVZ 1300. I know Yale had a pretty good team and were in the tournament. Quinnipiac has done well with their hockey program with a new arena and some games on television. That said, I usually think of the Boston area and the upper midwest area as college hockey hotbeds. Westwood One is providing the feed to WPOP. Its Notre Dame vs. Minnesota Duluth and Michigan vs. North Dakota.
