NCE MX Groups...

I have an application in for an NCE with three other applicants. That puts
me in an MX Group. I have the most POINTS. Does anyone know why the FCC
is taking so long in awarding the CPs? Have you heard of any MX applicant
getting their CP for their NCE?

Yes, there's been a couple appear in the Daily Digest.
Most are being settled out.

The Commission has moved and made decisions on at least several (if not many) NCE-FM and LPFM situations this past year. There are some results listed at www.fcc.gov/mb/audio

The Commission has indicated an interest in resolving most or all of the remaining situations in 2006. You can find out more details by contacting the Audio Services Division at the FCC (phone number is on the website).<P ID="signature">______________
