NE Ohio AOR unscoped airchecks- the 80's

Hi- I'm looking for people to trade Cleveland/ Akron unscoped radio airchecks with. As a teenager living in Cleveland I started recording radio shows. Among my gems is a complete unscoped 4 hour WMMS Jeff & Flash show dated 4-07-83, 12 recordings of WONE/ Akron from their first year on air (1985) when they had an AAA format and much different sound, and Z-Rock airchecks from 1987.

Cleveland radio has a rich history and I 'm sure people out there made recordings of WMMS, WIXY, WGCL, etc.- we just need to find each other! For a couple of years I been looking for WMMS unscoped shows, but with the exception of one collector, the only Buzzard stuff out there is from the late 80's and 90's. I could E-mail my small list to anyone interested. Please note I don't sell, I just trade, airchecks. Thanks for reading!

In the process of transferring all old cassettes into digital. I have a mess of WGCL & the entire WMMS Rolling Stone ballot box stuffing scam morning show & even a little ZIP 106! I'll get back with ya.

Anybody have any Coffee Break Concerts? How about the Buzzard Beatle Blitz? or Dr. Destructo, the Haloween thing they used to do, with Len Goldberg as a heavy-metal jock with an electronically altered voice? Any interviews? They seemed to have had everyone stop by their studio.

Sorry, nothing of that sort- just a few unscoped shows. There is very little WMMS out there. :(
