Ned from Bubba the Love Sponge - Not Real

It's pretty obvious that Ned from the Bubba the Love Sponge show is not a real person. Anyone know who on the staff plays Ned? Manson? Brent?

My question is. How low does one's IQ have to be to find that show entertaining?

Pretty low...Howard tries to endorse the hell out of it, but it's not that good of a show. I think that him hiring Bubba, was a business decision. He knows that Bubba appeals to a male audience of rednecks/NASCAR/wrestling fans. I'm not sold on Bubba being a draw

I ocasionally listen to Bubba, maybe 10%. Neds phony phone calls are funny but I don't care about nascar, wrestling or those extended "sexy" things with girls. Playing with girls on the radio is only interesting to me if there is some humor. Bubba's a pure lech.

I think the idea is to be a smorgasborg of choices but its pretty lean right now. I'd like to see Ferrel do that evening slot.

Stern has said it's only been six weeks and there's more to come but he had over a year to plan a variety of shows for the two channels. I can listen to Bubba in small doses, Ned seems funny even though he's not real. But between the out-of place military show, constant news and roundtables about Stern and the overkill of Stern news it really could be one channel.

I agree that there is only enough content for one channel, but he needs 2 to have a West Coast feed for his show.
