Need a bit of help with a Scott Studios system

Somehow, I managed to corrupt something, and to make a long story short, I got it working, except for one minor issue.

The wall of carts will not trigger every twenty minutes like it's set to do.

Overall, not a big issue because the nightly rebuild happens as expected, it's just that for those instances where I need to push fresh content to the system and will need it the same day it becomes a bother.

And of course, they never included a help manual for the dispatch program.
 
Alright, I fixed it thanks to finding a partial dispatch manual on the internets.

Apparently part of the destruction broke the network paths for storing and sorting the wall of cart files, so once that was corrected, it's back to working.
