Need connectors for Sine Systems RP-8

I need the push-on connectors for a Sine Systems RP-8 panel, both the two and three terminal versions. I also need the connector for the ribbon cable. Much time with Mouser online and in the printed catalog has not revealed anything useful to me. Anyone know what these are?
 
The 2- and 3-pin connectors are available from multiple sources, one is TE Connectivity 282830-2; the 3-pin types are 282830-3, available from Mouser and others.

The 16-pin 0.050" double-row ribbon header is a TE connectivity 1658621-3, and the strain relief is a 499252-8.
