Need CPC disconnect for my voip line

I have a VOIP phone at my studio hooked to an automatic answering coupler. Frequently, when a caller hangs up the automatic coupler doesn't notice the hangup and stays connected. A few years back I heard of a device that recognizes a dial tone or busy signal and hangs up the line but now I can't find one. Anyone know who makes such a thing and where I can buy one?
