Need help identifying a couple of sounders

I am curious about a couple of 80s/90s-era sounders and what network, if any, would they have been associated with. All sounders in question are at the end of the below audio clips:

Example #1 (WSTI in Quitman, GA)

Example #2 (WZBB in Rocky Mount, VA)

Example #3 (WINL in Linden, AL)

Sound like the sounder from the TV show "SCTV".
