Wonder if I can employ the help of all you music experts --
There's a website that Harv Moore and Robert W. Taylor host.
It's called www.taylorandmoore.com
Click on the Audio portion. Then scroll down to the bottom to
the Buffalo Radio Roots section. Click on cut #11. 3 minutes into the
aircheck, Grabowski is backselling I'm Not Lisa - Jessie Colter.
Then does a weather check over a song with a big piano intro.
Would anyone know the name of that song? It sounds so familiar
and I probably haven't heard it in 30 years - just can't place the name of it.
Can someone give it a listen and see if you can identify the song please?
I know the audio isn't all that great plus 'that guy on the radio is talking all over the intro!!' - and it's only, like 8 seconds, but if you
could give a listen and tell me what the song is you can give my brain a rest now - cuz it's naggin' me what the song is. Thanks so much.
Unfortunately, I don't have a prize to give away except for maybe a sticker on an album that says Twin Fair $2.49. Or a Super Saver sticker on a New Christy Minstrels album I got at Cavages where records and tapes are sold.
I think I might even have a 3-pack of
Certron cassette tapes I got at Two Guys.
Seriously, thanks for giving it a listen.
Bill
