OK this may not be much but is all I have. At about 6:50pm in Johnston, RI on 96.3 I heard a station called The Tri-States Hottest Country but it did not stay in long enough to ID. I normally receive a fair signal from 96.3 The Rose on Cape Cod so this may have been E-Skip. The only market I can think of that serves a tri-state area is New York, NY, but there is no country station in or around NYC. NYC actually has its own classical station on 96.3
______________

Found It!

It was Thunder Country 96.3 KHLS from Blytheville, AR The Tri-States Flagship Country Station. Amazingly it was in that area about five years ago that I had my first and coolest E-Skip experience. It was also at this same time of year at noontime on the way to Perryville, MO I received 99.9 WQRC (Barnstable/Hyannis) an AC station from Cape Cod, MA where I often go in the summer and my own local AC station Lite 105 WWLI in Providence, RI! They lasted from Blytheville almost all the way to Perryville, about an hour!
______________
